Pentecostalism is a Mockery of God

Though they are often very quick to say that their critics work for Satan, those who minister the counterfeit tongues of Pentecostalism work for Satan.

The people who use the tongues in Acts to say tongues are the evidence of the Holy Spirit don’t even speak in tongues like the people did in the Book of Acts (in the Book of Acts they spoke in actual languages- not nonsense- however speaking in nonsense tongues was already common among Pagans in the first century- and still is today).

The Pentecostals’ tongues cause Babylonian confusion; Biblical tongues remedy Babylonian confusion (proven by Acts chapter 2).

This leads to things being labeled as the work of the Holy Spirit which are really not.

`The Pentecostals will seek to use the Word to confirm the alleged gifts; the Bible says that the genuine gifts confirm the Word.

The fact that Pentecostals typically believe in women pastors is a major red flag in itself. They are guided by feeling and emotion; not by the Word of God.

A key point Paul makes in 1 Corinthians chapter 14 is that if you can’t exercise a spiritual gift to the edification of the church, it is not of God.

The Spirit of God does not empower anyone to disobey the Bible which He inspired.

To say that alleged spiritual gifts shouldn’t be regulated and policed within the church is to say that there should be no discernment of spirits within the church. This paves the way for infiltration from the devil and much mischief.

Stirring the emotions to attempt to induce a spiritual response of worship is a summary of the error of Pentecostalism and the vast amount of churches influenced thereby.

Like Leftists, Pentecostals tend to think that anything which doesn’t feel good to them must be evil.

Extreme displays of emotion, ostentatious show, and other forms of attention grabbing are typical at Pentecostal gatherings. Such are also reminiscent of political conventions.

Many use counterfeit spiritual gifts to gain power, prestige, and persuasive power with others- especially within church settings.

Many hypocrites thrive on public prayer as well.

The nonsense tongues of Pentecostalism epitomize vanity.

Those who speak in the nonsense tongues of Pentecostalism literally do not know what they are saying.

Pentecostals literally speak less coherently in their nonsense tongues than drunks do.

In Acts 17 the Apostle Paul was falsely accused of speaking strange things and of being a babbler. Yet when it comes to those speaking in the nonsense tongues of Pentecostalism, these would be true accusations.

Phony tongues produce a phony definition of righteousness.

An environment of Pentecostalism will easily cause a Christian to shift from security in Christ to security in nonsense tongues.

An irony of Pentecostalism is that no one needs the Holy Spirit to do what the Pentecostals do.

Pentecostalism is just a cheap imitation of the real work of the Holy Spirit.
