5 Big Reasons to Emphasize Jerusalem’s Judgment in AD 70 and the Sin of Supporting Israel Now

Unconditional security is the biggest delusion there is in the realm of professing Christianity. The root of the unconditional security delusion is heeding in principle the Serpent’s lie to Eve in the garden that she would not surely die by transgressing God’s authority.

The faithful conditional security preachers in Israel who warned of judgment and destruction for Israel’s disobedience and manifold sins were proven right when the Romans destroyed the Temple and the Jews were scattered throughout the nations in their war with the Romans- accompanied by the severest judgments upon the Jews. The Judgment on Jerusalem in AD 70 is the best preview of Judgment Day.

The Apostles of Christ talked about the fall of the unbelieving Jews and warned Christians to learn from them and not follow their example.

The Bible tells Christians to look to Israel as the proof that they do not have unconditional eternal security (one really, really obvious example of this is 1 Corinthians 10:1-12). But how can heed their example if you think Jews who reject Christ are accepted by God and/or you don’t account for the judgment on the Jewish nation which is warned of in the Bible and was impending as most of the New Testament was being written? We can’t really heed the Bible if we don’t account for these things.

Modern Israel is a chief example of evil being justified and equated with the true God. This is a great slander against Him.

There are many terrible atrocities going on in the world right now. Yet possibly none of these besides Israel’s mass murder of the Palestinians (which has been happening for over 75 years really) is likely to be justified in multitudes of professing Christian churches. Israel is also constantly in the news and constantly being talked about among the general public anyways. It is only logical to heavily emphasize that it is evil to support or justify modern Israel.

Beyond these things, consider how utterly ludicrous it would be if you were to walk into a church and hear the preacher talking about how the congregation needs to stand behind the Muslim terror group Boko Haram in its mass murder of Christians in Nigeria and other African nations. Imagine if the church largely said “Amen” to this, though perhaps a few were a little uncomfortable, not because they didn’t support Boko Haram, they just wished it was making greater effort to kill fewer people. Consider how insane that would be and how righteously angry that ought to make you. Modern Israel is a terror entity that is no better than Boko Haram.

Many who have followed the history of modern Israel, and are on to Israel’s overall pattern, knew immediately or within a few days of October 7th 2023 that an insanely disproportionate response was coming. This goes back to the 1940s when the Jews in the land were even terrorizing and murdering the British who controlled Palestine then. Israel also hypocritically accused the Arabs of not accepting UN Resolution 181 which gave much Arab-owned land to the Jews and granted them their own state. One of the many dirty secrets of Israel is that the Jews did not accept UN Resolution 181 either- proven by how they did not relinquish the relatively small amount of land which the proposal called for them to give it up to the Arabs.

Supporting the modern nation of Israel is also denying the precedent God set by the Jewish Temple’s destruction in AD 70. Believing that there is another Israel which the Lord recognizes as His own besides the remnant of the faithful of Israel (which are those walking in a living faith in Jesus Christ) brings confusion and militates against God’s words (see Galatians 6:15-16).

Why should the ideological Left and Islam have all the opposition to Israel?

The nation of Israel epitomizes in itself, and/or pushes on America and much of the world, the corruption which the ideological Left practically embraces as its own. Though it is proper to label the Left as promoters of the ways of Sodom, there is another entity which is even more fit to label with that description.

Jerusalem in its rejection of Christ is called the following in Revelation 11:8: “the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.”

On the other hand, the nation of Israel is generally supported by the Christians who profess to be against the ways of Sodom. They would be the most outraged by Israel’s morally disgusting treatment of the Palestinians and leading the opposition to that if they lived up to what they profess to be. This is the case while multitudes wrongly believe that one must support Islam in order to side with and stand up for the oppressed Palestinians.

The rioting, irrationality and unwillingness to engage in logical debate which are prevalent among the Left serve Israel very well by making it look a lot better than it really is and making it easier for Jewish controlled politicians to enact laws against alleged antisemitism (which do more to protect the powerful Jews controlling much of the world and the interests of the State of Israel than the average Jewish person).

Speaking of the Left’s overall similarity to Israel: What do Socialists in America and the State of Israel have in common? Both consider themselves entitled to the financial support of the American Government.

Opposing the State of Israel is opposing the prevalent entitlement mentality which badly needs to be rebuked and stood against.

The reality that in many nations it is illegal to deny the Holocaust, or at least considered socially unacceptable to even question it, is good evidence that we’re not being told the truth about it. This is also an indicator that Jews do indeed have shadow control over much of the world. Aside from that, they also shouldn’t be enabled today nor sheltered from accountability. Supporting Israel is essentially saying that people have excuses to sin due to trauma and/or hardship in their past.

God’s law doesn’t make exceptions for people to do evil because of their past. Having been a victim doesn’t give someone a free pass to be a victimizer. The serial killer who was abused as a child shouldn’t be spared the death penalty. The Jews overall thrive on victimhood to the point where they will attack those who attack their victim status. Many are afraid to speak against them and call for them to be held accountable as they ought to be. Where are those who will be faithful to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? This involves turning on the wicked of Israel like the sons of Levi turned on the Golden Calf worshiping Israelites in Exodus 32:26-29? That is, stand against them according to legal channels- don’t riot or commit other crimes.
