See: Know God

[God wants us to know Him and His ways—why He does what He does and how He thinks. We are to make judgments and decisions out of our knowledge of the Lord’s Word and His ways. God will never violate His nature or His character. They define His ways. As recorded in Exodus, the Israelites saw some of God’s greatest works and miracles. Yet they continued to turn back to Egypt in their hearts. However, Moses stayed true to God. The Israelites knew God’s works, but they didn’t understand His ways like Moses did.]
