Integrity

Luke 16:10-13 — He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust inwhat is least is unjust also in much. Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own? “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

Ephesians 4:1 — I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,

Colossians 3:9-10 — Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

2 Thessalonians 3:13 — But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good.

Titus 2:7-8 — in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showingintegrity, reverence, incorruptibility, sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

1 John 1:5-6 — This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.

Revelation 14:5 — And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Psalm 15:1-5 — Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change; He who does not put out his money at usury, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.

Proverbs 10:9 — He who walks with integrity walks securely, But he who perverts his ways will become known.

Proverbs 11:3 — The integrity of the upright will guide them, But the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them.

Proverbs 19:1 — Better is the poor who walks in his integrity Than one who is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

Proverbs 28:6 — Better is the poor who walks in his integrity Than one perverse in his ways, though he be rich.

Proverbs 20:7 — The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him.

Psalm 15:1-4 — Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change;

Ecclesiastes 5:2-7 — Do not be rash with your mouth, And let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. For God is in heaven, and you on earth; Therefore let your words be few. For a dream comes through much activity, And a fool’s voice is known by his many words. When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; For He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed— Better not to vow than to vow and not pay. Do not let your mouth cause your flesh to sin, nor say before the messenger of God that it was an error. Why should God be angry at your excuse and destroy the work of your hands? For in the multitude of dreams and many words there is also vanity. But fear God.

Deuteronomy 23:21-23 — “When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay to pay it; for the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and it would be sin to you. But if you abstain from vowing, it shall not be sin to you. That which has gone from your lips you shall keep and perform, for you voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.
